Tobata Castings Company were taken over by Kabushiki-Kaishai Company in 1933, the company then changed its name to NISSAN in 1934. The first Nissan car rolled off the assembly line at Yokohama in April 1935.

The Nissan range of Vans has quality throughout, the addition of the Nv200 in 2010 has given Nissan a step up in the commercial market where previous models have failed. The Nissan Navara Pick up is a favourite of people who require both a car and a commercial and had great durability. The resale value on the Navara is very good
